How to ask question 提问的艺术

生物信息学的问题解决途径有： 1. Google 2. github 3. 软件官网 4. stack overflow 前四种方法首选，基本可以解决99.9%的问题。 不推荐下面的两种方法 5. 相关群 6. 作者

before ask any question ,make sure you have follow my advice.

1. make sure use the last version soft or packages
2. make sure after update all the last version, and restart the soft.
3. clary where is the error?software or packages or realy on or your computer system.
4. make sure you have read the Readme or Document and Help.
5. generally 99.9% error have been come up before you face it.So try to find it,by yourself.
6. Remember you are most familiar with your current project, and you will find the answers to your questions much faster than others.
7. try to learn find and read error log information.
8. if you have to issue your question,please offer a background of you run system .it should at least conclude:you system Version ,software version,software relay on packages version,your origin code ,the error information.
9. if you have try all the methods still not solve the problem,send a email to the author of the software or packages may be the last choice.
